Ceramics in Shoreditch 17-19 September

Ceramics in the City is a three-day selling fair held this September at the Geffrye Museum in east London.

There will be a new range of work by selected ceramicists who are a mix of both well-known names and emerging talents. The fair aims to show and sell a mixture of ceramic styles, techniques, colours and textures.

Ceramicists chosen to be at the event last year included Aiga Siceva, Emily Myers, Susan Nemeth, Tina Vlassopulos and Ingrid Saag.

The Geffrye Museum in Shoreditch specialises in displaying 400 years of urban middle-class interiors. It has a strong record of discovering and showcasing the most exciting makers and style trends in London today. The museum runs a programme of exhibitions and events relating to contemporary design throughout the year.

Ceramics in the City is at the Geffrye Museum on 17–19 September. The museum is open Tue–Sat 10am–5pm, Sun and Bank Holiday Mons noon–5pm, admission free.
