Russia, Royalty & the Romanovs:
New exhibition at The Queen's Gallery, Edinburgh
Now until 3 November
For more than 300 years, Britain has been linked to Russia through diplomatic alliances and dynastic ties. Discover more about this long-standing relationship through state portraits, sculpture, miniature Fabergé masterpieces and more works of art in the Royal Collection, many of which were acquired through personal exchanges of gifts.

Abbey Strand Reveal:
The newly restored exterior of the Abbey Strand buildings in the Palace precinct has been unveiled to reveal a new pale-pink façade. The restoration work was undertaken as part of Future Programme, a major programme of investment to improve the visitor experience at the Palace. The colour of the buildings, which was produced using traditional methods, was chosen by The Duke of Rothesay, Prince Charles.
