Events and Exhibition highlights now to 6 July at Bristol Museums

Natural Selection
On now until 15 September
Bristol Museum & Art Gallery
Artist Andy Holden and his ornithologist father Peter take us on a journey from nest-building to egg-collecting. This exhibition brings together Andy and Peter’s personal collections of found objects with sculpted birdsong, a human-scale bower bird structure, exquisite replica eggs crafted from porcelain as well as two new video works.

Goram Fair

Goram Fair is a funfair and community event that celebrates the legend of Goram, our local giant. Be thrilled by a circus on Blaise Estate, explore the stalls, get crafty in a workshop, take a ride on a vintage funfair, discover Blaise Castle, and meet the giant!

Natural Selection: An evening with Andy and Peter Holden
