Dress of the Year 2018
We are very excited to announce that looks from two designers have been chosen for our prestigious annual accolade, Dress of the Year.

The two Dress of the Year 2018 ensembles, as chosen by Alexander Fury, Fashion Features Director of AnOther magazine and Men's Critic of the Financial Times, are a menswear look by Kim Jones from his debut collection for Dior Men and a womenswear look by Nicolas Ghesquière for Louis Vuitton.

The ensembles will be on display at the Fashion Museum until the end of 2019. Find out more about the designs and why Alexander chose them in our latest press release.

Saturday Sketching:

Get creative on the first Saturday of every month and draw the fabulous items on display in our Royal Women and A History of Fashion in 100 Objects exhibitions.
Be inspired by the dresses, waistcoats, hats, gloves, corsets and jewellery on display. There are also suggestions of key objects to draw from our curators.
Saturday 1 December, 10.30am-12.30pm. Free with Museum entry. Minerva Art Supplies kindly provide sketchbooks and pencils for the sessions, just ask at the front desk on arrival.
