Christmas at Blenheim Palace until 6 January 2019

Christmas at Blenheim Palace is bigger than ever, with a range of experiences from early in the day to late in the evening and festive fun for all of the family.

Christmas Market in the Grand Court:

Escape the bustle of the high street and soak up the festive atmosphere of our Christmas market set against the magnificent backdrop of Blenheim Palace. Within wooden chalets, the market will be filled with a variety of hand-picked irresistible gifts, unique works by a range of designers and tempting treats for foodies. With ceramics, textiles, homewares, leather goods, jewellery, toys, stationery, bags, hats and so much more, it is the perfect place to begin your Christmas shopping.

Annual Pass holders can visit the Christmas market without purchasing tickets for the Cinderella Fairy Tale Experience or Christmas Lights Trail. Parking can only be guaranteed if booked in advance. This will be free (subject to availability) before 12.00 and thereafter will incur a fee of up to £10 per car.

Cinderella's Fairy Tale Palace Experience:

The Palace will be seasonally decorated in the magical fairytale world of Cinderella. Wander along colonnades and through historic rooms filled with hidden surprises, the sights and sounds conjure up much-loved fairy tale characters.The Stepmotherís drawing room set for Afternoon Tea, the Ugly Sisterís room is bright and bold, scattered with clothes, books and shoes.

Whilst Cinderellaís room is home to her delicate hand-made gown. Walk further into the crystal world of The Fairy Godmother, then along to the Princeís charmingly grand room. Midnight strikes, the clocks all chime, and as the story ends, hang your own wish upon the Wishing Tree in the romantically candlelit chapel.

Illuminated Christmas Lights Trail:

The formal gardens will be lit up in festive colour, brighter than ever before with lasers, projections and thousands of pea-lights. From the delicate and twinkling to the grand and spectacular, the Formal Gardens will light up once again for a festive journey of exploration and wonder.

Wander beneath unique tree canopies drenched in seasonal colour, shards of light, frosty snowflakes, stars and glistening baubles, and catch a glimpse of Santa and his elves along the way.

Highlights include a new Field of Light, scented Fire Garden, Canopy of Light, and the mesmerising voices of the Singing Trees.
